The current theme in the Silicon Valley suggests that we should all have an ability to work twenty four hours a day. It is a kind of exploitative idea and also it can be said that there are many people who are able to hold the same views but it is basically ruining them. Ideally there is a brainwash of the new generation people where the people are not able to get the desired outcomes and they strive further to achieve more. There is no sustainability in working twenty four hours and seven days a week. The idea of the different new age entrepreneurs is that either you are able to have a lot of profit from your current organisation or you are left out of the entire rat race for making money.
